Jörg Leeser

Jörg Leeser (born August 17, 1967 in Essen ) is a Cologne- based German architect and university professor .

Life

After studying architecture at RWTH Aachen University and at Bartlett School of Architecture / University College London , he gained his first professional experience in New York and Cologne. Since 2000 he has been running his own architects' office together with Anne-Julchen Bernhardt . From 1999 to 2006 he was a research associate in the structural design department at RWTH Aachen University. This was followed by substitute professorships at the Bergische Universität Wuppertal and the Peter Behrens School of Architecture. of the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences . From 2007 to 2011 Leeser was a board member of the Association of German Architects , Cologne. He also gives guest lectures at various universities. Leeser has been a professor in the architecture and design department at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences since 2015 .
