Jørgen Lerdam (* 1958 in Denmark ) is a Danish animator and director .

Life

Jørgen Lerdam started working for Bent Barfod Film after completing his animation training . He then worked in the field of film directing and as chief animator and director. His debut as an animator and lead draftsman in the animated film Walhalla . In 1988 he was a co-founder of the Danish animated film studio A. Film A / S . Since then he has mainly worked in the film animation of this company, which has published several internationally successful animated films with his participation. He also worked in the animation in the films Charlie - All Dogs Go to Heaven from 1989, Master Badger and his Friends from 1993 and in Asterix in America 1994.
