The Jückenhohl is a 1.6 km long orographic left or southwest tributary of the Bremecke in the North Rhine-Westphalian Hochsauerlandkreis , Germany .

geography

The course of the stream lies entirely in the eastern urban area of Brilon with the northern foothills of the Rothaar Mountains . This extensive forest area belongs to the Diemelsee Nature Park . The stream itself rises about 400 m west of the Dreiskopf summit at an altitude of 742  m above sea level. NHN . Mainly flowing in north-easterly directions, it flows after 1.6 km at a height of 522  m above sea level. NHN on the left in the Bremecke . The difference in height between the source and the mouth is 220 m, which corresponds to an average bed slope of 137.5 ‰. No named tributaries flow into the Jückenhohl.

The catchment area of the Jückenhohl is 1.12 km². It is drained to the North Sea via Bremecke, Hoppecke , Diemel and Weser .

The stream does not flow through any villages. The closest villages are Brilon-Wald in the northeast and Schwalefeld in the southeast, each about 2.6 km from the source. The mouth is located about 2.7 km south of the industrial area on the Bremecke.
