Jewish Cemetery

The Alfter Jewish cemetery is a well-preserved Jewish cemetery on Hühnerbuschweg in Alfter ( Rhein-Sieg district , North Rhine-Westphalia ). It stands as a monument under monument protection .

The cemetery was occupied from 1719 to 1938. 20 tombstones from this period have been preserved. In 1949 the municipality of Alfter took over the care of the cemetery. In 1987 he was entered in the list of monuments of the municipality of Alfter.
