Jewish cemetery (Bornheim)
The Bornheim Jewish Cemetery is located in the Botzdorf district of the city of Bornheim in the Rhein-Sieg district ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).
The Jewish cemetery was probably occupied since the 16th century. The oldest tomb dates from 1771. There are still 107 tombstones ( Mazewot ). The Jewish cemetery was documented in a 2004 study commissioned by the city of Bornheim.
In the past, Jews who died in Hersel , Heimerzheim and Sechtem were also buried in the cemetery.
There is a memorial in the cemetery .
