Jewish cemetery (Amelunxen)
The Amelunxen Jewish Cemetery is located in the Amelunxen village of the city of Beverungen in the Höxter district in North Rhine-Westphalia . As a Jewish cemetery , it is an architectural monument . It has been registered in the list of monuments since August 6, 1997.
About 16 tombstones have been preserved in the cemetery, one kilometer south-east of the village in a wooded area in the district of “Der Wildberg” .
The cemetery was occupied between 1861 and 1936. In 2008 he was violated.
