Jewish cemetery (Rimbeck)
The Rimbeck Jewish Cemetery is located in the Rimbeck district of the city of Warburg in the Höxter district in North Rhine-Westphalia . As a Jewish cemetery , it is an architectural monument .
65 Jews, including the journalist Felix Fechenbach, were buried in the approx. 1,300 m² cemetery on the hillside Am Kellberg, access via Zionsweg . Most of the graves date from around 1900. There is no information on the number of gravestones that have been preserved .
The cemetery was occupied from before 1870 to around 1933. According to other sources, it was only created in 1875.
