Jewish cemetery (Weinsheim)

The Jewish cemetery Weinsheim is a cemetery in the local community of Weinsheim in the Bad Kreuznach district in Rhineland-Palatinate .

The Jewish cemetery is located south of the village in the district "An der Leimkaut". It can be reached via the Scholländer Weg.

In the 550 m² cemetery, which was laid out around 1830/40 and occupied until 1930, there are 21 gravestones . In 1955 the cemetery was desecrated . In 1961 a memorial stone was erected for the Jews from Weinsheim who were murdered during the Nazi era . Text of the memorial stone:
