Jacobus Johannes "Jack" Swart is a retired New Zealand cyclist .

In 1978 Jack Swart won the silver medal in the team pursuit at the Commonwealth Games in Edmonton with the New Zealand track four . Four times - in 1978, 1979, 1981 and 1984 - he was New Zealand road racing champion. In 1983 and 1984 he won the Tour of Southland .

In 1978 Swart also set a New Zealand hour record over 45.945 kilometers.
