Joseph Cooper (born December 27, 1985 in Wellington ) is a New Zealand road cyclist.

Joseph Cooper was New Zealand road racing champion in the U23 class in 2006 and finished second in the individual time trial . The following year he won the silver medal in the time trial behind Gordon McCauley at the Oceania Championships . In 2013 he was New Zealand champion in the individual time trial and in 2014 Oceania champion in this discipline. In 2015 and 2017 he won the national title in road racing, in 2017 he also won the New Zealand Cycle Classic .
