Glen Thomson

Glen Edward Thomson (born July 12, 1973 in Dunedin ) is a former New Zealand cyclist who was successful on the road and track .

In 1994 Glen Thomson won the bronze medal in the team pursuit at the Commonwealth Games in Victoria , with Brendon Cameron , Julian Dean and Lee Vertongen . In 1995 he won the Six Days of Noumea , with Serge Barbara . In 1998 he won gold in the points race at the Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur . 2000 Thomson was New Zealand champion in road racing and 2003 New Zealand runner-up in scratch and third in points and two-man team driving .
