Jacques "Tico" Charland (born July 21, 1930 in Trois-Rivières , Québec ; † October 12, 2013 ibid) was a Canadian ski jumper and ski jumping coach.

Charland made his international debut at the 1952 Olympic Winter Games in Oslo . There he reached 25th place from the normal hill with jumps on 62.5 and 61 meters. On January 1, 1956, he jumped in Garmisch-Partenkirchen for the first time as part of the Four Hills Tournament and jumped to 17th place. Six weeks later at the 1956 Winter Olympics in Cortina d'Ampezzo , he jumped again in the competition from the normal hill and reached the 27th place. He did not take part in the 1956/57 Four Hills Tournament , but was back in the Canadian squad for the 1957/58 Four Hills Tournament . After a 24th place in Oberstdorf , he jumped again to 17th place in Garmisch. In Innsbruck and Bischofshofen he could not achieve any top positions and only jumped to 47th and 31st place. For the Four Hills Tournament 1959/60 he was able to improve his performance significantly and after a 20th place in Oberstdorf in Garmisch-Partenkirchen jumped ninth place for the first time the best ten. After a 38th place in Innsbruck, he even reached sixth place in Bischofshofen. In the end, he finished 16th in the tour's overall ranking. At the 1960 Winter Olympics in Squaw Valley , he reached 33rd place in jumping from the normal hill with jumps on 76.5 and 73.5 meters. It was his last international tournament. Although he had qualified for the Olympic Winter Games in 1964 , he lacked the financial means to travel to Innsbruck. He had spoken out against his participation in the 1968 Winter Olympics for reasons of age.

From 1969 to 1970 Charland was the national coach of the Canadian ski jumpers. In 1990 he was inducted into the Canadian Ski Sports Hall of Fame. Jacques Charland died in October 2013 in his hometown of Trois-Rivières .
