Jakob Wöber

Jakob Wöber (* 1871 ; † 1952 ) was a German lawyer .

Career

After graduating from high school in Aschaffenburg , he studied law from 1891 to 1895 on a scholarship from the Maximilianeum Foundation .

From 1902 he was District Office Assessor in Kemnath and from 1906 in the same function in Fürstenfeldbruck . In 1912 he was appointed government assessor in the government of Upper Bavaria . From 1916 he was district administrator of Ingolstadt . In 1918 he moved to the State Ministry of the Interior and was appointed to the government council , where he was responsible for church and school affairs. In 1919 he was appointed senior government councilor and in 1920 ministerial councilor.

From 1920 to 1932 he was director of the Maximilianeum Foundation .
