Jale Arikan

Jale Arıkan (born August 22, 1969 in Istanbul ) is a German- Turkish actress .

Life

Arıkan lives and works in Germany and Turkey . In Germany she mostly plays in crime novels and dramas . She has had several roles in television series such as Tatort , Wolffs Revier , Ein Fall für Zwei , Hotel Paradies, and Section 40 . In the early 1990s, she also made short appearances in the news and magazine block for a while in the ARD / ZDF midday magazine.

Internationally she appeared at the side of Dennis Hopper and Elizabeth Hurley in Nicolas Roeg's The Bible - Samson and Delila . From January 2009 to December 2010 she played the role of Yıldız Keşoğlu in Dahoam is Dahoam .

In 2012 she played the leading role in the Turkish production Zerre (English title Particle ) by Erdem Tepegöz. For this film she received the silver George for best female actress at the 35th Moscow International Film Festival. At the Turkish Film Festival Frankfurt 2014 she was also awarded as best actress for this film.
