Two years after the death of his younger brother, the drunken chief physician Ben Eisberg joins the taxi driver Finn, who, after his brother died on the operating table, brought his parents the news of his death. During the trip he got into conversation with the chief doctor and he began to suspect that his brother's death happened differently from what he and his parents were told.

He turns to the clinic where his brother was admitted after the accident and finds that there are no documents there about his brother, which confirms his suspicion that the head physician treating him at the time lied to her about the cause of his brother's death and with of all violence tries to hide a terrible secret.

The film develops into a thriller in which Finn and his new love Ellie become entangled. The student Ellie met Finn the same night he was driving the chief doctor in his taxi.

The death of his brother caused a family drama in Finn's family years ago, and now, as a result of his research, another family is plunging into a serious crisis.

Phantom Pain - The Finn Fischer Case is Camcore's first production . The shooting took place from mid-February to mid-May 2017 in Espelkamp , Bielefeld and Minden .

Even before it opened in theaters in Germany, the film received a number of international awards, such as the Los Angeles Film Award for director, best actor and best film.
