The single More Than Friends is a collaboration with the singer Kelli-Leigh and is based on the en Vogue hit Don't Let Go (Love) from 1996. It was released on July 7, 2017 and became the theme song in January 2018 the 12th season of the reality show I'm a Star - Get Me Out of Here!

James Hype produces and appears in his live sets mainly in the fields of tech , garage and bass house . His mixes are characterized by the increased use of vocal versions of known tracks and the rhythmic use of white noise .
