Jana Dufková (born January 4, 1979 in Přílepy ) is a former Czech biathlete .

Jana Dufková lives and trains in Bystřice pod Hostýnem . In 1994 she started biathlon and competed for SKP Jymbolx Jablonec nad Nisou. Her first international races she contested in 1998 at the Junior World Championships in Jericho , where she was 33rd in the individual and eleventh in the sprint. A year later, the Czech took part again in a Junior World Championship in Pokljuka . With a sixth place in the individual, eleventh place in the sprint and 13th place in the pursuit, she achieved consistently good results. In addition, she was seventh with the Czech season. After the Junior World Championships she took part in her first race in the women 's European biathlon cup in Jablonec nad Nisou . She won her first European Cup race in the pursuit after she was fifth in the sprint. At the start of the 2000/2001 season , Dufková ran in Hochfilzen in her first race in the Biathlon World Cup . As 28th in her first individual, she won her first and only points in the World Cup. The highlight of the season was the 2001 European Biathlon Championships in Haute-Maurienne , where the Czech finished 15th in the individual, 24th in the sprint, 29th in the pursuit and with Lenka Faltusová , Lucie Janoušková and Radka Doskocilová seventh in the relay race. After the season she ended her career.
