history

In the Middle Ages, the village of Hynčina was located near today's location in the Mojena valley. During the Hungarian invasions, its inhabitants fled to the Hrádek, the devastated village was no longer rebuilt. Archaeological research has shown that Hynčina was inhabited from the 7th century until the reign of Bořivoj I.

The first written mention of Pryelep took place in 1278, when Jindřich von Přílep was registered as the owner of the farm in the Olomouc country table. In 1437 the village was called Przilepi . The fortress was founded in the 15th century under the Strachnovský of Strachnovice. In 1532 the festival, to which the desert Hyncžina also belonged, was named Przyelep or Przylepy , in addition to the village of the same name . The owners changed many times. When the Swedes roamed the area during the Thirty Years' War in 1643, the residents set fires on the Hrad in case of danger, which signaled the danger to the Lukov and Buchlov castles . In the 17th century Przylepy consisted of 20 houses and the fortress. Between 1758 and 1778 Johann Rudolf Count Kominek von Engelshausen owned Przylepy . He bought Christian August von Seilern , already the adjacent rule since 1751 Lukov owned the estate. In 1788 the village had grown to 35 houses, these were laid out in a horseshoe shape around the village square above the castle. There was also a mill on the Mojena and a few chalets in Hačký. Until the middle of the 19th century, the Přílepy allodial estate was always associated with the Primogenitur - Fideikommisses Lukov- Kralice .

After the abolition of patrimonial Přílepy / Przilep formed from 1850 a community in the district authority Holešov. Under Karl Maximilian von Seilern (1825–1905) and his son Julius (1858–1932), between 1852 and 1885, the castle was completely renovated. In 1883 the village of Záhumení burned down in a large fire. After the Second World War, the von Seilern family were expropriated and Maria Theresia-Aloysia von Seilern was relocated to Bavaria in 1948. In 1960 the municipality was assigned to the Okres Kroměříž . Between 1976 and 1990 Přílepy was incorporated into Holešov.
