From 1386 there is only talk of a village Chwalnow . In 1490 Chvalnov and Lísky were annexed to the Litenčice manor . The now extinct village of Lisky was repopulated at the beginning of the 18th century. Until the middle of the 19th century, both villages remained subject to Litenčice.
After the abolition of patrimonial Chvalnov and Lísky formed two parishes in the Kremsier District Commission in 1850 . At the beginning of 1961 the merger to the municipality of Chvalnov-Lísky took place.
