Jana Podpolinski (born August 21, 1986 in Lübeck , born Jana Stapelfeldt ) is a former German handball player .
Podpolinski started playing handball at VfL Bad Schwartau when he was five years old . In 2005, the backcourt player joined Bundesliga club Buxtehuder SV , for whom she played her first Bundesliga game on October 8, 2005 against TSG Ketsch . As the right-handed woman with a license to supportwas equipped, she also played another season at her old club VfL Bad Schwartau. From 2006 she also gained match practice in the second team from the BSV. From 2008 she only played for the Bundesliga team from BSV. After the 2015/16 season, Podpolinski ended her career. For Buxtehude Podpolinski played a total of 235 games in the Bundesliga, in which she scored 731 goals.
Jana Podpolinski has been married to handball player Toni Podpolinski since June 20, 2014 .
