Janez Gorišek (born September 13, 1933 in Ljubljana ) is a former Yugoslav ski jumper and today's architect and engineer.
Career
Gorišek started for Yugoslavia at the 1956 Winter Olympics in Cortina d'Ampezzo , where he finished 50th from the normal hill after two jumps at 63.5 meters.
After the end of his active career, Gorišek studied architecture and engineering at the University of Ljubljana and after completing his studies in 1961 he was involved in building ski jumps around the world . His most famous building is the Letalnica bratov Gorišek ski jump named after him and his brother in Planica .
