Janne Jürgensen (born October 24, 1981 in Schleswig ) is a German filmmaker .

biography

As a teenager, Janne Jürgensen assisted in productions by Hans König ( Theater du pain ) in stage design and props and took part in opera productions by Johann Kresnik at the Bremen theater . He studied theater education based on Augusto Boal (" Theater of the Oppressed ") at the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences . In 2002 a two-year stay in Barcelona and Valencia followed intensively with painting. Until 2009 Janne Jürgensen studied film with Rüdiger Neumann, Gerd Roscher and Wim Wenders at the Hamburg University of Fine Arts .

Janne Jürgensen lives as a freelance director , author , editor and lecturer in Hamburg .
