Life
Janvier Kataka Luvete received on 18 August 1974, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
Nov. 8, 1996 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the Bishop of Wamba . The Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples , Cardinal Jozef Tomko , ordained him episcopal on June 14, 1997 ; Co- consecrators were the Apostolic Nuncio to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Archbishop Faustino Sainz Muñoz , and the Bishop of Butembo-Beni , Emmanuel Kataliko .
