Jean-Gabriel Diarra (born July 12, 1945 in Vanekui , Mali , † October 28, 2019 in Bamako ) was a Malian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of San .

Life

Jean-Gabriel Diarra received on 30 December 1972, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On November 18, 1987, Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of San. The Cardinal Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples , Jozef Tomko , ordained him episcopal on November 20 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Bamako , Luc Auguste Sangaré , and the Bishop Emeritus of San, Joseph Paul Barnabé Perrot MAfr .
