Jean-Pierre Andrevon
Jean-Pierre Andrevon (born September 19, 1937 in Bourgoin-Jallieu , Isère ) is a French science fiction writer, painter and singer. In addition to the numerous SF novels and short stories he has published, he also worked with well-known comic artists such as Georges Pichard and Caza . His first novel Les hommes-machines contre Gandahar (1969) was the basis of the cartoon Gandahar (1988, director: René Laloux ). For his less ambitious works, especially the adventure novels published by Fleuve Noir , he used the pseudonym Alphonse Brutsche until the mid-1970s. The story "Observation of the Vierfüßer" was included in the anthology "View from the other bank" edited by Franz Rottensteiner , which appeared in 1973 in the USA and 1977 in Germany.
