Jean-Pierre Lebouder
Jean-Pierre Lebouder (* 1944 ) was Prime Minister of the Central African Republic from 1980 to 1981 .
Political career
Lebouder took over as head of government on November 12, 1980. President David Dacko , who had ruled since a coup on September 26, 1979, had temporarily held the office himself since August 1980. He belonged to Dackos in March 1980 founded Union Démocratique Centrafricaine (UDC) party. His term of office ended on April 4, 1981, when Dacko, who was confirmed in March in the first presidential elections since 1964, appointed the previous Minister of Justice Bozanga as the new Prime Minister.
On December 12, 2003, he became Minister of Finance and Economy under the new Prime Minister Célestin Gaombalet and remained in office until August 15, 2004. Two days earlier, he had submitted his resignation due to disagreements with President François Bozizé, who had been in office since March 2003 .
