action
To support his family in the village, Mohan would take any job. Thanks to his friend Dr. Manohar he meets the rich Mr. Rai who is currently trying to fill the vacancy of a secretary. But Mohan has to meet one condition: He must not be married. Despite his guilty conscience, he denies marriage to Shobha and so accepts the new job. Mohan also has a beneficial effect on Mr. Rai's lovely daughter Radha. Radha has not been able to cope with the loss since her mother died. In Mohan's presence she forgets her worries and finds joy in life again.
Hoping that everything will turn out for the better in Mohan's life too, he keeps sending money to his family. But the greedy sister Durga keeps everything to herself. So it happens that Mohan's family, including mother Janki, wife and siblings, go to the big city and look for Mohan.
Now Mohan is in trouble. He led a double life for a while so that Radha and Mr. Rai would not find out about his family. Ultimately, he can't get around the truth and the game of hide and seek comes to light. Both parties are disappointed in Mohan, but they forgive him and Radha finds happiness with Mohan's friend Dr. Manohar.
