Jelena Alexandrovna Possewina ( Russian Елена Александровна Посевина ; born February 13, 1986 in Tula ) is a Russian rhythmic gymnast and two-time Olympic champion .

At her first Olympic Games in Athens in 2004 , at the age of 18, she won the gold medal in the team competition together with Olesja Belugina , Olga Glazkich , Tatjana Kurbakowa , Jelena Mursina and Natalja Lavrowa . Four years later at the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008, Posewina was the only remaining Olympic champion from 2004 to win the gold medal in the team competition again with Margarita Aliychuk , Anna Gavrilenko , Tatiana Gorbunova , Darja Shkurichina and Natalja Sujewa .
