Estela Giménez
Estela Giménez Cid (born March 29, 1979 in Madrid ) is a Spanish rhythmic gymnast .
Career
At the World Championships in rhythmic gymnastics in Vienna in 1995 , she won the gold medal with the Spanish team in the group all-around competition with two devices. At the World Cup a year later, she and the Spanish team won the gold medal in the group all-around with one device.
Estela Giménez was nominated by the Comité Olímpico Español for the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta . There she started together with Marta Baldó , Nuria Cabanilla , Lorena Guréndez , Tania Lamarca and Estíbaliz Martínez in the team competition, which was held for the first time. The Spanish team won the gold medal ahead of Bulgaria and Russia.
