Kaselina competed internationally for the first time at the 2012 Winter Youth Olympic Games in Innsbruck . There she was fifth over 1500 m and fourth in the mass start and over 3000 m. At the 2014 Junior World Championships in Bjugn , she won the bronze medal in mini four-way combat and over 1500 m. In the following year she won the bronze medal at the Junior World Championships in Warsaw in team sprint, mini four-way, over 1000 m and 3000 m. At the beginning of the 2015/16 season she started in Calgary for the first time in the World Cup and took 16th place over 500 m, fourth place over 1500 m and second place over 3000 m in group B. In addition, with third place in the team pursuit, she achieved her first podium in the World Cup. Another third place in the team pursuit followed in Inzell . In February 2016 she won the bronze medal in the team pursuit at the individual distance world championships in Kolomna . In the individual races she ran to 22nd place over 1000 m and 19th place over 1500 m. The following month she won the bronze medal in the 500 m and the gold medal in the 1000 m, 1500 m, 3000 m, in the mini four-way and in the team sprint at the Junior World Championships in Changchun . In the 2016/17 season she took second place in Harbin and third place in the team pursuit in Nagano , Astana and Stavanger . The following season she won her first World Cup victories in the team sprint in Heerenveen , Calgary and Minsk . At the European Championships 2018 in Kolomna, she won the gold medal in the team sprint together with Angelina Golikowa and Olga Fatkulina . In addition, she came there on the 12th place over 1500 m and on the ninth place in the small four-way fight. In the 2018/19 season she took third place in the team pursuit in Obihiro and Tomakomai and second place in the team pursuit in Tomaszów Mazowiecki . In October 2018 she became the Russian mass start champion in Kolomna. At the individual distance world championships in Inzell in 2019 , she won the bronze medal in both the mass start and team pursuit. She also took ninth place over 1500 m there.
