Jens Bochert (born December 15, 1964 in Schwerin ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Jens Bochert, who started playing football at SG Dynamo Schwerin in 1969 , was a student of an East Berlin KJS from 1977 to 1979 at FC Dynamo in Berlin . After returning to his hometown, he made the leap into the first team of the Dynamos in the 1982/83 season , in which Bochert played a leading role in the offensive area until December 1989. With the political upheaval and the opening of the borders to the western part of Germany, Bochert tried his luck with the Bundesliga club Hamburger SV . At HSV, he made his debut on the 28th matchday of the 1989/90 season when he was substituted on at the home game against Borussia Dortmund . His second appearance on matchday 31, he was also substituted, was his last for Hamburg in the Bundesliga. Bochert stayed until 1992 before moving to France for FC Rouen . He stayed there for two years, came back to Germany, his new employer was Holstein Kiel . He laced his shoes for Kiel until 1997. After that he played for his home club until 2001, which was now called FC Eintracht Schwerin . From 2001 to 2003 he let his career come to an end at SV progress Neustadt-Glewe .
