Jerome (DJ)

Jerome (born September 15 in Hamburg ; actually Marcel-Jerome Gialelés ), also active under the name DJ Jerome , is a German DJ . He is under contract with the house label Kontor Records .

Life

Jerome came to Kontor Records in the 2000s, where he initially worked as a music producer. He mixed numerous compilations of the label and made a name for himself as resident DJ on the Kontor Top of the Clubs tour. As a radio DJ he was with Radio Energy Hamburg until 2014 , where he played the Saturday evening show. Since 2014 he has played the primetime program on Radio Hamburg on Fridays and Saturdays. His mixes have also been broadcast on Sunshine Live , Planet Radio , Kiss FM , BigFM , Radio Top40 , Radio Gong Würzburg, Leipzig Beatz and Radio Fantasy since 2017 . In 2016, Lufthansa also took over Mixe from him for its on-board program.

His own pieces were used five times as the hymn of Nature One and once as the hymn of Mayday . Scooter singer HP Baxxter chose him as part of his jury competence team for the casting show X Factor on Vox and used him as support for Scooter.

At the end of 2019 he released the single Light , which reached number 39 in the German charts. In 2020 he followed up with the single Take My Hand , which reached number 79 in the German charts.
