Jerry Kwarteng
Jerry Kwarteng (* 1976 in Hamburg ) is a German actor with African roots.
Life
Jerry Kwarteng took on his first film and television roles at the age of 17, but then studied law up to the first state examination. At the age of 27 he moved to Barcelona where he took over the management of an event and marketing agency. In 2009 he returned to Germany and has lived in Berlin ever since. From 2011 he learned his acting craft in various workshops, including the Meisner technique .
Jerry Kwarteng has appeared in various national and international film and television productions since 2013. In addition, he is co-founder of the media network “The Black Film-Making Community” and offers workshops nationwide as an acting coach. In 2017 he was a member of the nomination jury for the German Acting Award .
In addition to his native German, Kwarteng is also fluent in English and Spanish. He has a wide range of sports interests and has several driving licenses, including those of the CE and C1E classes .
