Jeremy Bragg

Jeremy "Jez" Bragg (born April 13, 1981 ) is a British ultramarathon runner .

In 2001 he ran his first half marathon , in 2002 his first marathon . In 2004 he won the Marathon of Britain, a stage run over approx. 280 km over six days.

In 2006 he set the current course record in the West Highland Way Race , a 153 km race on the West Highland Way , with 15:44:50 h. In the following year he finished tenth at the Swiss Alpine Marathon and finished 18th at the 100 km World Championship held as part of the Run Winschoten . In 2009 he was British champion in the 100 km road race with his personal best of 6:58:00 h and, starting for England , Commonwealth champion over the same distance. He also finished third in the Western States Endurance Run that year .

In 2010 he won the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc .

Jeremy Bragg lives in Warwick and starts for the Road Runners Club and the team from The North Face .
