Jhoselyn Camargo (born July 21, 1996 ) is a Bolivian athlete who competes in medium and long-distance running .

Athletic career

Jhoselyn Camargo gained her first international experience in 2016 at the U23 South American Championships in Lima , where she took sixth place in the 5000 meter run in 17: 34.10 minutes and fifth over 10,000 meters after 38: 57.39 minutes got. In 2018 she took part in the obstacle course at the South American Games in Cochabamba , where she won the bronze medal in 11: 18.63 minutes behind Peruvian Rina Cjuro and her compatriot Edith Mamani . Two years later she won the first-ever South American Indoor Championships in Cochabamba in the 3000 meter run in 9: 55.68 minutes and won the silver medal behind María Pía Fernández from Uruguay in the 1500 meter run in 4: 34.94 minutes .

In 2020 Camargo became the Bolivian indoor champion in the 1,500-meter and 3,000-meter run.
