Joachim Kunzendorf

Joachim Kunzendorf (born April 16, 1944 ) is a German dubbing director , dialog book author and voice actor.

Life

Joachim Kunzendorf studied theater studies, art and music history from 1967 to 1971 and completed a degree in acting. In 1972 he began working as a dubbing director at Berliner Synchron . From 1975 he also wrote dialogue books.

At the beginning of the 80s he founded his own company, "Magma Synchron GmbH", of which he was managing director until the company went bankrupt in 1996. For these he worked as a dialogue book author and dubbing director until the mid-1990s. Since 1989 he has been looking after the next generation and is a lecturer at the Institute for Acting, Film and TV Professions (iSFF). In 2009 he founded the Academy for Professional Spoken with Katharina Koschny.

Since 1999 he has also been active as a visual artist. Since 2015 he has been working as a dialogue book author again. In this role he wrote the dialogues for " The Dark Crystal " from Netflix and the fourth season " 12 Monkeys " for Amazon.
