Johann Eberhard Käfferlein

Johann Eberhard Käfferlein (born July 5, 1807 in Bayreuth , † September 8, 1888 in Munich ) was a German lawyer , politician and member of the Frankfurt National Assembly .

Life

Johann Käfferlein studied law and camera science in Erlangen and Munich from 1826 to 1829 . He was then promoted to Dr. iur. PhD . Even before his studies, he joined the old Erlanger fraternity in 1825 , in Munich he also became a member of the Marcomannia Munich fraternity (1827).

From 1831 to 1837 he was in court and in 1833 the Court of Appeal in Bamberg Akzessist . He then worked as a lawyer at the Münchberg Regional Court , and from 1846 at the Bayreuth Regional Court.

In 1848 he was a member of the constituency 1, Upper Franconia (Bayreuth) , in the Paulskirchenparliament in Frankfurt. He joined the Württemberger Hof parliamentary group .

From 1851 to 1858 he was a member of the community plenipotentiary college in Bayreuth, which he headed from 1852. From 1853 he was also a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Bavarian State Parliament .

Later, from 1862, he worked as a notary and councilor in Bayreuth, and that year he also became chairman of the Bayreuth Chamber of Notaries .

In 1873 he retired in Munich.
