He was born on January 12, 1654 in Frankfurt and was baptized there on January 15 of the same year. Life

Johann Maximilian von Humbracht studied law at the Universities of Tübingen and Strasbourg . In 1675 he made a trip to southern Germany, Italy and Hungary.
