Johnny Höglin, 1968

Hans Johnny Höglin (born February 26, 1943 in Nykroppa , Filipstad municipality ) is a former Swedish speed skater .

At the 1968 Winter Olympics in Grenoble , Höglin surprisingly won the gold medal over 10,000 m. After this success, he was unable to place himself in a medal rank either at the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo or at World and European Championships.
