Jon Aberasturi (born March 28, 1989 in Vitoria-Gasteiz ) is a Spanish cyclist .

Jon Aberasturi was the 2006 Spanish runner-up in road racing in the junior class. From 2010 to 2012 he drove for the Spanish UCI Continental Team Orbea Continental , a farm team of the UCI ProTeam Euskaltel-Euskadi . In 2011 he won the first stage of the Grande Prémio da Costa Azul and finished third in the overall standings. He switched to the ProTeam in 2013 and finished eighth in the classic Paris-Tours . After Euskaltel Euskadi ceased its activities, Aberasturi drove for two years with smaller teams without any particular success. In 2016 and 2017 he was under contract with the Japanese Continental Team Ukyo and won a total of ten daily sections in stage races of the UCI Asia Tour . In 2018 he won a stage and the points classification of the Vuelta a Aragón for the Spanish UCI Professional Continental Team Euskadi Basque Country-Murias .
