Jonas Windscheid
Jonas Windscheid (born April 23, 1982 in Düsseldorf ) is a German jazz musician ( guitar , composition) and sound engineer .
Career
Windscheid received lessons from Philipp van Endert before studying jazz guitar in Arnhem , Essen and further in Basel with Wolfgang Muthspiel .
In 2008 a concert with his quintet in the Philharmonie Essen was recorded and broadcast by the WDR . With his jazz quintet Paintbox , founded in Basel in 2009 , he presented the CD Ven . He also belongs to the Swiss group Klangquadrat .
