Jorge Ehlers (born July 16, 1987 ) is a Mexican ice hockey player who has been playing for San Jeronimo in Mexico again since 2013.

Career

Jorge Ehlers began his career as a hockey player with San Jeronimo and in 2005 moved to the Cuernavaca team , for which he was on the ice for a year before returning to San Jeronimo. From 2007 to 2009 he played for lower-class teams in the Canadian province of Quebec . When the semi-professional league Mexicana Élite was founded in 2010 , he joined the Zapotec Totems , one of the four founding clubs of the league. In 2013 he returned to San Jeronimo.

International

In the junior division, Ehlers was on the ice for Mexico at the U18 World Cup in 2005 in Division II and in the U20 World Championships in 2005 in Division III and 2006 in Division II.

With the men's national team , Ehlers took part in the World Championships in Division II in 2006 , 2007 , 2009 and 2014 .
