Jorge Estrada Solórzano
Jorge Estrada Solórzano (born August 27, 1961 in Mexico City ) is a Mexican clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Gómez Palacio .
Life
Jorge Estrada Solórzano was ordained a priest for the diocese of Zamora on June 2, 1995 .
Pope Francis appointed him titular bishop of Pinhel and auxiliary bishop in Mexico on May 28, 2013 . The Archbishop of Mexico, Cardinal Norberto Rivera Carrera , donated him episcopal ordination on July 19 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Apostolic Nuncio in Mexico, Archbishop Christophe Pierre , the auxiliary bishop emeritus in Mexico, Francisco Clavel Gil , the Bishop of Orizaba , Marcelino Hernández Rodríguez , and the Bishop of Zamora , Javier Navarro Rodríguez .
On May 11, 2019, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Gómez Palacio. The inauguration took place on July 3 of the same year.
