Francisco Clavel Gil
Francisco Clavel Gil (born December 3, 1935 in Tlacotepec ) is a Mexican clergyman and auxiliary bishop emeritus in Mexico .
Life
The Archbishop of Mexico , Cardinal Miguel Darío Miranda y Gómez , ordained him a priest on June 29, 1959 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him Titular Bishop of Macomades and Auxiliary Bishop in Mexico on June 27, 2001 . The Archbishop of Mexico, Cardinal Norberto Rivera Carrera , donated him episcopal ordination on August 15 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Giuseppe Bertello , Apostolic Nuncio in Mexico, and Onésimo Cepeda Silva , Bishop of Ecatepec .
Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation on May 28, 2013.
