José Domingo Ulloa Mendieta
José Domingo Ulloa Mendieta OSA (born December 24, 1956 in Chitré ) is Archbishop of Panama .
Life
José Domingo Ulloa Mendieta was ordained a priest for the diocese of Chitré on December 17, 1983 . He joined the Augustinian order and made his temporary profession on September 10, 1988 and permanent profession on August 28, 1991 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him auxiliary bishop in Panama and titular bishop of Naratcata on February 26, 2004 . The Archbishop of Panama, José Dimas Cedeño Delgado , donated him episcopal ordination on April 17th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Giacomo Guido Ottonello , Apostolic Nuncio in Panama, and Oscar Mario Brown Jiménez , Bishop of Santiago de Veraguas .
On February 18, 2010, he was appointed Archbishop of Panama .
