Josef Biebl
Josef Biebl (born June 20, 1959 in Kollnburg ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Labor Court .
Life
In 1987, Biebl passed the second state examination in Munich after completing his legal clerkship . In 1988 he began his judicial career as a judge in labor justice . He was initially a judge at the labor court in Munich and at the labor court in Augsburg . From 1989 to 1991 he was seconded to the Federal Labor Court as a research assistant and in 1990 also received his doctorate in this time. iur. In 2008, Biebl was appointed presiding judge at the Munich Regional Labor Court. In August 2009, he was elected judge at the Federal Labor Court on November 1, 2009.
Biebl publishes a practical guide to the temporary employment law with Michael Niebler and Annette Ulrich or a commentary on the Working Hours Act with Dirk Neumann .
