Josef Thalhamer
Josef Thalhamer (born August 6, 1900 in Munich ; † 1973 ) was a German Catholic priest .
Career
Thalhammer was ordained a priest in 1926 . From 1931 he was state and district president of the Catholic sports association Deutsche Jugendkraft . In 1945 he became secretary to Cardinal Faulhaber, Archbishop of Munich . In 1948 the Munich elected him Metropolitan Chapter to canon .
From 1963 he was deputy state chairman of the Volksbund Deutsche Kriegsgräberfürsorge , from 1948 to 1964 state curate of the St. George scouts .
