Julian Charrière (2014)

Julian Charrière (resident of Bussy-Chardonney , born December 3, 1987 in Morges , Switzerland ) is a Swiss country art and installation artist . He lives and works in Berlin .

life and work

Charrière was born in Morges to a Swiss father and a French mother. In 2006 he studied art at the École cantonale d'art du Valais (ECAV) in Sion with Valentin Carron before moving to Berlin in 2007 to finish his studies at the University of the Arts Berlin (UdK). In 2013 Charrière graduated from the Institute for Spatial Experiments with Olafur Eliasson as a “master student”.
