Julie Ruhkopf

Julie Ruhkopf ( pseudonym Irene ; born November 29, 1799 in Bielefeld , † 1880 in Dresden ) was a German governess and children's book author.

Life

Julie Ruhkopf came the 18th century, the daughter of Bielefeld in 1815 in the end Hannover acting as rector of Friedrich Ernst Ruhkopf to the world.

In some cases, Ruhkopf, who worked as a governess among other things, became known as a youth writer under her pseudonym Irene.
