Yulia Konstantinovna Antipowa ( Russian Юлия Константиновна Антипова * 14. July 1966 in Leningrad ) is a former Soviet luger .

Antipowa celebrated her greatest success in the 1989/90 season by winning the overall World Cup. In the same year she won the silver medal for women singles and the bronze medal in the team at the World Championships in Calgary, Canada , which she was able to achieve the year before.
